SCO is either lying through their teeth, on drugs, or just so stupid that they don't understand what their really doing. I see this as just a big pump and dump scheme to keep their name in the news and their stock price high so their investors can drop all their stock slowly over time and not get caught by the SEC. The insider trading that's been going on there is pretty interesting.

As far as this letter to congress goes, they misrepresent so many things that it makes you wonder if they truly understand Linux and Open Source at all. Oh well, a few more more months and SCO will be off the radar for good.
